We are very excited to host the first Grace Central L.E.A.D. Conference.
L.E.A.D. abbreviation stands for, Learn, Engage, Act, and Drive. This conference is an opportunity for all of God's people – across traditions, generations, and cultures – to gather as one, encounter Jesus, and be filled with the Holy Spirit to be strengthened, sharpened, and equipped for each unique church setting.
The conference will bring you leadership insights, practical strategies, and helpful conversations with other church leaders who are reaching people in their communities. This conference is designed to give you the tools and renewed passion you need to reach people in your community.
Who is this conference for?
If you're asking that question, it's probably for you. Everyone on our church staff is expected to act like an owner and leader, regardless of their role. Similarly, we believe anyone who feels a weight of responsibility in their local church or ministry is a leader and should be seen, strengthened, and celebrated.
"Church leaders" don't just serve in traditional ministry roles like pastor, elder, or worship leader. The faithful servants in I.T., operations, H.R., media, communications, and administration are doing critical Kingdom work. That's why the key principles shared at this conference are intentionally relevant to all church staff positions but also lay Christians.
And because the church is not one-size-fits-all, this conference isn't, either. God works in both large and small congregations in unique ways, and our goal is to be relevant and helpful to you, whether your weekly attendance is 50 or 50,000.
Who is speaking?
We are honored to invite Rev. Jason Yuh from Toronto New Hope Uptown this year. He is the Lead Pastor and an assistant Bible Studies Professor at Redeemer Univeristy. Rev. Jason is a gifted teacher, and he is excited to come and lead us.
When is the conference?
Mark your calendar! June 9-11, 2023.
So, join us! Let us come and be equipped together to be the leaders God seeks to build His kingdom in this world.
